Chef-Prepared Arrival Provisioning

Arriving late, staying for a few days, or simply want your fridge stocked with food you actually want to eat?
Midden Lane offers chef-led arrival provisioning for vacation rentals and private homes along the Southern Oregon Coast.

What this includes:

  • Menu planning tailored to your group and preferences

  • Grocery shopping on your behalf

  • Meals prepared on-site in your rental or home kitchen

  • Breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks as requested

  • Meals labeled with reheating instructions

  • Fridge organized before or just after your arrival

All food is prepared fresh, in your kitchen, using seasonal ingredients and coastal inspiration.

We use farm-grown and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

In-Home Private Chef Dinners

For a special evening, Chef Aaron offers in-home private dinners designed around seasonal coastal ingredients and relaxed, thoughtful service.

Private dinners include:

  • Custom multi-course menus

  • Seafood-forward, vegetable-driven cooking

  • Plated or family-style service

  • Full kitchen cleanup

Available for groups of 2–16 guests, cooked entirely on-site

Additional Offerings

Chef Aaron brings years of professional kitchen experience to private homes and vacation rentals along the Southern Oregon Coast. His cooking is shaped by seasonality, local sourcing, and a belief that good food should feel both intentional and approachable.

Pricing

  • Chef-Prepared Arrival Provisioning: quoted based on number of meals, ingredients, and travel

  • In-Home Private Chef Dinners: starting at $75 per person

  • Couples tasting menus: starting at $200
